Before you even step inside, the experience begins: The Larch House shares a glorious sandy beach area and a two-metre deep freshwater plunge pool with its neighbour, inviting you to paddle, swim, or simply watch the sunlight ripple across the water.
The gentle sound of laughter and splashing sets the tone for days spent outdoors.
Inside, the single-storey layout flows seamlessly from one inviting space to the next.
The open-plan area is bright and spacious, with white countertops, black fixtures, and a breakfast bar with plush stools—ideal for a quick bite before heading out for the day.
The sitting area, is a harmonious space to unwind, with a TV for relaxed evenings and large windows framing the tranquil landscape.
There is a fold out futon for flexible sleeping options in sitting room.

The Larch House, a single-storey lodge, consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a dining area with seating for four guests, and a sitting area with TV and fold out futon for flexible sleeping option. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, double, and triple bunk room serviced by a bathroom with freestanding bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a front veranda with decking, furniture and shared freshwater plunge pool, rear decking with furniture, barbecue, fridge with icebox, sunken bath, and off-road parking for four cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Within 0.6 miles you will find a shop, within 0.1 miles a pub and within 0.1 miles a river. All of this awaits at The Larch House. Note: Steps up to the property. Note: Access to the shower room is through the master bedroom. Note: The water is bore water filtered through a UV system; it is drinkable, but guests are advised to buy bottled water if preferred. Note: On rare occasions, the site may flood; if this happens, a six-wheel vehicle is available to ferry guests, or paddle boards can be used for access. Note: No children under the age of seven allowed. Note: This property has two ponds and the property is also close to the banks of the River Dee, children and pets to be minded at all times.
