The property features a spacious terrace and a large portable barbecue, perfect for your outdoor gatherings. Inside, you will find a bright and welcoming living room, equipped with a sofa, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and WiFi connection. The modern and fully equipped kitchen has a dining area and everything you need: a dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso and Italian coffee makers, as well as complete utensils for preparing your favorite meals. The house offers 3 bedrooms with double beds, all designed for your rest.
The master bedroom has a renovated en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and air conditioning.
The other two bedrooms are equipped with a fan. Additionally, there is a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. For your convenience, the property has central heating, a hairdryer, and upon request, a crib and high chair for the little ones.
Parking is easy with street parking available. The villa is located a few kilometers from Lovios, where you can find restaurants and a grocery store.
A Repsol gas station is a 5-minute drive away.
