This house is located 50 meters from the owners' house, in a wooded park next to the enclosure of two goats and three sheep. The wooden chalet features a main room equipped with a small refrigerator, a microwave/grill, an espresso machine, a two-burner gas hob, a toaster, and a sink. There is a dining area with a table and four chairs. A corner sofa can be converted into a 140x200 cm bed upon request. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet/dry toilet. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine with a 160x200 cm bed, a desk, and reversible air conditioning. A private above-ground swimming pool is available during July and August. Parking is available on the property. An optional "Greenup" electric vehicle charging point with a sub-meter is available at a rate of €0.25/kWh.
