For a sunny holiday, we offer this approximately 30 m² studio apartment on the seafront, directly opposite Les Lecques beach.

On the first floor of this small building, you'll find a living room equipped with a television and a sofa bed for two. The living room opens onto a balcony of approximately 6 m² with panoramic views of the bay! The bedroom features a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a wardrobe. There is also a small bathroom with a shower, sink, towel warmer, washing machine, and hairdryer. Parking: You can park your vehicle in the Lecques car park (paid). No parking is included with the accommodation. Amenities: Electric shutters, double bed (140cm), double sofa bed (140cm), wardrobe and closet, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, 2-burner induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, crockery, television, Wi-Fi, reversible air conditioning, smoke detector, awning, table and 2 armchairs, 2 chairs, clothes drying rack, washing machine, car park 10 minutes away. Bed linen and towels: Available as an optional extra upon request (€25 for a double bed linen set and €15 for a towel set with one large and one small towel per person). Duvets are available in the accommodation if needed (ideal for off-season). Cleaning: This is included in your booking, and a cleaning company will come after your departure. Pets: Not allowed out of respect for the neighbors. Security deposit upon key collection: A credit card imprint will be requested at the agency reception or via Swikly, our online payment solution. Pas de parking à proximité. Le "10m à pieds" n'est pas si près que ça.
L'emplacement est ideal au printemps. En plein été il doit par contre être bruyant car juste à dessus des restaurants.
On peut aussi aller à la plage en quelques pas.
L'appartement à été récemment refait et il y a tout ce qu'il faut.
