We invite you to enjoy our house for your holidays in Corrèze. Located at the gateway to the Lot, in the village of Noailhac between the picturesque villages of Collonges-la-Rouge and Turenne, this stone house (180 m²) combines modern comfort with traditional charm.
The property is available for weekly rentals during school holidays and for weekends throughout the year with a minimum stay of two nights.
The house is air-conditioned in summer and has a wood-burning stove for winter.
Downstairs, you’ll find a relaxation room with a pool table and bar. This home is perfect for gatherings with friends or family.
After entering, you’ll discover a spacious 60 m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room and lounge, featuring a traditional fireplace.
The rental also includes: 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower and toilet), 4 bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed, two with 140 cm beds, and one smaller room with two 90 cm beds, ideal for children), a small sitting room, a laundry room, and the downstairs relaxation area.
