Newly renovated, the apartment offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, perfectly located next to the Contemporary Art Museum and only a few minutes’ walk from Las Ramblas and Plaça Catalunya. Ideal for families, small groups, or business travelers, it combines the character of a historic 1800s residence with the comfort of modern living.

Located on Carrer Carme, one of the city’s most vibrant streets, the apartment places you within walking distance of Barcelona’s best-known attractions. Stroll to Las Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, the Gothic Quarter, or the Boqueria Market, all just minutes away. For exploring further afield, the nearest metro station is only a few blocks from the property.
Guests can access the apartment by stairs or by elevator, which opens directly inside the home with a secure code system. Please note that there is a short flight of seven steps from the street level to the elevator floor. Covering a full floor of the building, the apartment is equipped with all the amenities needed for a carefree stay, including satellite TV, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, fresh linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries. Extra cleaning is also available upon request.
To maintain a peaceful and respectful environment, the property welcomes adults 30+, families, and business travelers. Bachelor parties or groups that may disturb neighbors are not permitted. Guests should note that late check-in after 20:00 incurs an additional fee of €30, and arrivals after midnight carry a surcharge of €50.
From April 1st, 2024, Barcelona applies a Tourist Tax of €6 per adult (aged 16 and above) per night, payable upon arrival at check-in.
