Entirely built in stone and recently renovated with great attention to detail, the house is fully independent and preserves all the authentic charm of Tuscan residences.
Its welcoming covered patio, furnished with a dining table, is the perfect setting for unforgettable moments: al fresco lunches and dinners immersed in nature, breathing fresh air and leaving the city’s hustle and smog behind.
Finally, adjacent to the house, there is a convenient annex that includes a laundry area with a washing machine, and a practical guest bathroom with shower.

This floor includes: 1 single bedroom with wardrobe, two windows and a practical desk with chair; 1 twin bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined if needed), wardrobe, and a window facing the sea.
