Welcome to this lovely, fully renovated country house in the Champagne Ardennes countryside! It offers 6 beautiful and spacious bedrooms with their own bathroom and air conditioning. On the ground floor, you'll find a lovely fitted kitchen with cold room, a cosy living room and a games room with pool table and darts. Outside, enjoy a large terrace with jacuzzi, outdoor shower, OFYR barbecue, 2 petanque areas and comfortable garden furniture.
The house is surrounded by nature and is ideal for cycling, walking and spending quality time with family and friends! Nearby, visit Lachalade Abbey and a little further afield, the battlefields of the First World War, in particular Verdun! Take advantage of the region to visit a champagne cellar and enjoy a glass!
On Sunday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday the departure time is at the latest at 20:00 hours at this holiday home.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted.
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home.
