Immediately next to the "Valle Cavanata" nature reserve, the resort offers an 800m long lagoon beach, its own harbor, and a spacious pool area including a children's pool.
While the pool bar provides refreshments, comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas (for a fee) are available for you around the pools.
Sports enthusiasts will find a true paradise here: In addition to an 18-hole golf course overlooking the lagoon, the resort offers pitches for football, basketball, and tennis, as well as its own skate park.
The on-site water sports school invites you to windsurf, kite, or catamaran sail; furthermore, boats, bicycles, and snorkeling equipment can be conveniently rented.
A special highlight for families is the new floating water park directly in the sea, as well as the playground for the younger guests.
Several restaurants and bars provide culinary variety, while amenities such as Wi-Fi and coin-operated laundromats complete the comfort. The modern and comfortably furnished cottage can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and consists of two bedrooms with double beds.

FAMILY FRIENDLY A cot and high chair can be ordered upon request and for a fee (please reserve at the time of booking).

This modern holiday resort is located directly on the sea, on a lagoon of the northern Adriatic Sea, approximately 5km from Grado.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
Grado is located on the Upper Adriatic, between Trieste and Venice. It is a traditional, popular holiday destination for all those who appreciate relaxation in the sun and by the sea, family-friendly atmosphere, and peace. The area north of Grado is partly a nature reserve, offering an impressive variety of rare bird species. The surroundings are perfect for both those seeking peace, who find relaxation in long walks or bike tours in the picturesque, untouched natural environment, and for lovers of active holidays. A variety of water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing, Hobie Cat sailing, kayaking, and canoeing leave nothing to be desired. On land, sports such as golf and tennis are offered. kleinste Detail gepflegt. Das Cottage ist wunderschön, modern und verfügt über einen Außenbereich, in dem man sich entspannen kann. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön und vor allem immer sauber. Der Strand befindet sich in der Nähe. Auch Geschäfte und Eisdielen gibt es in der Umgebung zahlreiche.
