Located in a recent semi-detached house (construction 2010), this independent apartment welcomes you in a quiet residential area, just 2 km from the centre of Samoëns and 1.5 km from the ski lifts leading to the Grand Massif ski area.
In summer, you will easily reach the leisure lakes of Samoëns and Morillon, accessible in 1.5 km by bike: swimming, children's games, mountain biking, climbing... an ideal setting for families and outdoor lovers.

Gut Ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst.
Gute Matratzen. Nachts sehr ruhig.

Tolle Wandermöglichkeiten gut zu erreichen.
Toller Bäcker (Tiffanys) am Ort mit gutem Baguette und tollen Eclairs und Törtchen.
Sonnenschirm zu klein und wackelig für die große Terrasse und ein paar gemütliche Loungemöbel haben gefehlt um die Terrasse ( die wirklich groß ist und einen fantastischen Ausblick hat) genießen zu können. Im Bad und den Zimmern fehlen Haken zum aufhängen für Handtücher oder Klamotten.
