Outside: - A beautiful private enclosed garden measuring 40 m² - A 10 m² terrace with furniture for enjoying sunny days Common area: - A shared unheated swimming pool.
It is protected by a fence with badge access.
The area is open from June 15 to September 15 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favorable weather conditions.
Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming.
