Adjoining the cottage, a closed room with a white door serves as a technical room for the owners.
Northwest side: the cottage borders the street used by local residents and where parking is easy.

Enjoy an outdoor Nordic bath for two on a covered wooden terrace, ideal for a moment of relaxation and well-being, summer and winter. A small bistro table invites you to share an aperitif in an intimate and magical atmosphere at nightfall.
It's also a perfect setting to discover all the facets of the town of Plérin (lively port, numerous beaches, Pointe du Roselier and its viewpoint, GR34 coastal path, Sunday morning market, etc.).
Neighboring Saint Brieuc, on the other side of the banks of the Gouët River, is also worth a visit.
More broadly, the town's strategic location on the RN12 highway allows you to easily explore the entire department.
