Accommodation Reference: 597048 ✨ Welcome to Balcons du Soleil II A, in Germ Station Peyragudes! This cozy 26 m² studio on the 3rd floor with elevator is the perfect address for a mountain getaway as a couple, family, or with friends.
With a capacity of 4 people, it combines comfort, practicality, and a touch of coziness to fully enjoy your outdoor holidays. 🏡 Accommodation Layout: - Balcony: enjoy the garden furniture for a coffee with a mountain view. - Kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, raclette grill (essential!), kitchen utensils, filter coffee maker, toaster, and kettle – in short, everything to delight young and old. - Living room: 1 double sofa bed (1x2 people 140x190). - Cabin area: 2 bunk beds (2x1 person 90x190), perfect for children or friends. - Bathroom: bathtub, towel rack, heated towel rail, and separate WC. - Other amenities: WIFI, vacuum cleaner, ski locker (No. 53A), duvets, blankets, and pillows provided. - Residence amenities: shared laundry room, baby cots, and high chairs available at reception.
Access to the swimming pool of the neighboring residence Le Privilège (open from July 4th to August 31st). - Outdoors and parking: private, non-allocated outdoor parking (subject to availability). 📍 Nearby: The location is ideal!
