At its entrance there is a comfortable living area where there is a dining table with chairs, a comfortable sofa bed, full kitchen and a Smart-TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube to entertain even the little ones. The kitchen is new and has been made with light colors in perfect harmony with the wood floor; the latter is complete with everything, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and of course a complete set of pots, pans, dishes and cutlery.
Coffee with espresso capsule and tea are offered in order to meet your every need. It consists of two double rooms, very cozy and bright which guarantee the right privacy whether you are a group of friends or a large family. The first room, located on the ground floor, is furnished with a queen-size bed in memory foam and is equipped with air conditioning. The second bathroom, located on the ground floor, has a shower box, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and free of charge you will find a 100% Made in Italy courtesy set composed of Shampoo, Body-Lotion and Body Soap.
