The entrance to the villa is on the upper level.
You will be welcomed by a large living / dining room with television and a fully equipped American kitchen facing the sea. The kitchen includes an oven, a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee bean machine.

Bedroom 1: 180 * 200 bed with dressing room, bathroom with walk-in shower and terrace access.
Bedroom 2: 180 * 200 bed with dressing room, bathroom with walk-in shower and terrace access.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90 * 190 and terrace access.

A games room with table football, board games, books, etc. with two pull-out beds 90* 180cm. Ideal for children. OUTDOOR : The villa has superb outdoor spaces with more than 300 m2 of terraces. A shaded dining area with a gas plancha. A pool house with outdoor lounge and sunbathing. A 13* 7 heated swimming pool with alarm. The villa has WIFI (fiber) and air conditioning in all rooms.
