Our hunting lodge leaves nothing to be desired, it is comfortably furnished and equipped with every comfort.
On the ground floor, you will find the cozy living room with a seating area, tiled stove, and a perfectly equipped kitchen. In summer, the hut is surrounded by a fenced garden with a campfire site.
A large swing, a wooden well, and a private small fish pond with fishing opportunities ensure that boredom is not an option for young and old. The hut is equipped with 3 rooms (centrally heated) for up to 14 people, including 2 showers, 3 toilets, and a drying room.
Bed linen and towels can be provided upon request. In summer, the hut is surrounded by a fenced garden with a seating set, loungers, and a spherical grill (please bring your own charcoal). A large swing, a wooden well, and a private small fish pond with fishing opportunities ensure that boredom is not an option for young and old. In winter, located in the middle of the Galsterbergalm ski area, there are numerous opportunities for skiing & snowboarding, ski touring, and winter hiking.
Strap on your skis in the morning and be the first to carve your turns... Down the freshly prepared slopes, glide down snowy off-piste runs, or simply relax in front of the hut and enjoy the warming sun's rays.
Our hut leaves nothing to be desired in this regard... Breakfast in the Galsterbergalmhütte and use of the sauna are possible upon request.
Pets are not allowed! In case of cancellations, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHV) apply.
If cancelled more than 90 days before arrival, a one-time fee of €50.00 will be charged. In summer, you drive via Pruggern onto the Pruggererberg.
Past the valley station of the gondola lift, a mountain road leads to the mountain station.
From there, you can reach our alpine hut on foot in approx. 15 minutes.
In winter, you take the gondola lift to the mountain station.
From there, you can reach the hut directly in a few minutes with the ski lift.
We will take care of your luggage. Check-in: from 2:00 PM / Check-out: in summer until 9:00 AM and in winter until 8:30 AM
