Enjoy your holiday in our small, cozy village at the foot of the Hochtannberg, between Arlberg and Bregenzerwald.
We offer five luxurious apartments, a modern atmosphere combined with rural charm.
The apartments meet the highest standards to ensure you have a carefree holiday. Our house is situated amidst a wonderful mountain backdrop in the Unterboden area (approx. 1 km from the center of Söcken). The bus stop is located directly at the house, with free transfer to the ski area. The Warth-Schröcken ski area is among the most popular and snow-sure ski regions in Austria.
A hidden gem for winter sports enthusiasts who appreciate comfort and a family atmosphere.
And now, with the new ski area connection Lech - Zürs / Warth - Schröcken, you have all the advantages of Vorarlberg's largest ski area with over 190 km of slopes. Our wellness area can be used free of charge (sauna, outdoor whirlpool, infrared cabin). In summer, guests staying for 3 nights or more receive the Bregenzerwald Card free of charge.
This card allows for free use of all cable cars, swimming pools, and buses. Pets are very welcome. Approximately one week before arrival, we will send you an online check-in. It only takes a moment, and you can complete everything in advance.
You will also receive additional important information about your holiday (arrival, additional services, etc.).
