Living room with lounge area and open-plan, fully equipped kitchen - TV - Non-convertible sofa - Bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed - Shower room (washing machine) - Separate WC - Terrace with awning - WIFI - Pets NOT allowed - NO SMOKING - Underground parking space No connection for hybrid or electric vehicles – Do not plug in in the accommodation – SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (please request them when booking) – Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (unless an additional fee applies) – Check-out inventory carried out with the agency, with the security deposit returned if everything is in order – If departing on a Sunday, public holiday, or before 8:30 am, a preliminary inventory will be carried out – Security deposit cancelled or returned upon receipt of the keys. *Swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September.
No refund will be given if the pool is closed to the public.

La plaque électrique trop petite ( difficile de chauffer deux casseroles en même temps)
