The villa is spread over three floors: • Attic: living room (with 2 single beds and 1 double sofa bed), kitchen/dining area, double bedroom, bathroom, balcony. • First floor: living room (with double sofa bed), kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 5 balconies. • Tavern: living room (with double sofa bed) and dining area, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom, billiard room, and fitness area. The outdoor area features a large garden, a spacious pool with outdoor shower, a wide gazebo, and a barbecue for outdoor meals and aperitifs. The villa accommodates up to 18 guests, making it ideal for several families or large groups of friends.
