The Ty Cath house is a new, very pleasant and functional home, located on a quiet street just 100 metres from the sea. Shops and restaurants in the village centre are within walking distance.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room, which gives you access to the terrace through a large sliding glass door.
The bathroom is spacious.
The garage and utility room are very practical for storing bicycles or water sports equipment. Proximité du GR34 et de la plage malgré les restrictions de baignades dans la baie de Tresseny. Centre ville à pied pour restaurants et commerces de proximité.

La location en elle-même est très agréable et propre et conforme aux descriptifs.Mais, depuis 2022 baignade interdite sur les plages de Guisseny.De plus, à marée basse, il n'y a pas une goutte d'eau dans la baie.Sinon, la location est au numéro 3 et pas au 4 comme lu sur l'annonce.Bref très belle...
