★Peaceful Environment★ Please be conscious of your neighbors by following our house rule and keep noise at a tolerable level without being disruptive. NSW noise restrictions also apply, so please minimize noise after 9PM.
★ Rubbish Management★ You will have to take the rubbish to the garbage room which located at same floor level.
★SANITIZATION ★Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are the most importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
★ATTENTION ★
1.Our apartment is located at the heart of CBD, doorstep to every shops. For those who require absolute 100% quiet, this may not be your best choice.
2. No laundry liquid is provided as some brands may be allergic for some guests. Therefore, we prefer guest to get their own from nearby supermarkets.
