Discover Villa La Porte, a beautiful stone home nestled in the heart of the Périgord Noir, just 5 minutes from the medieval village of Beynac.
Stroll its cobbled streets and admire the hilltop castle, a true medieval landmark. Only 10 minutes from Sarlat-la-Canéda, the capital of Périgord Noir, you can wander the Renaissance old town and sample local specialties at the market: foie gras, truffles, figs, and walnuts. Set in an exceptional location, the villa offers panoramic views over the Dordogne valley, with a unique glimpse of Beynac’s feudal castle.
Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by nature, with all modern comforts. Inside, the villa blends traditional Périgord charm with contemporary touches: oak beams, a stone fireplace, and a warm atmosphere.
The ground floor features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a spacious, bright living room.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining room has a large solid oak table.
The comfortable lounge offers a large leather sofa. Outside, relax on the spacious 50 m² terrace with aluminum garden furniture for summer meals by the private pool (open seasonally). The landscaped garden is perfect for relaxing and peaceful walks. A closed garage for 2 cars and parking in front of the house are available for your convenience. Whether you love heritage, gastronomy, or nature, Villa La Porte is the perfect place for an unforgettable stay in the Périgord Noir.

AMAZING HOUSE! We loved the view, AC, pool, having enough room to stretch out. Very, very comfortable. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
