Spacious and elegant, this 5-bedroom villa can accommodate up to 10 guests, making it the perfect setting for unforgettable holidays with family or friends.


Upon entering, you will be enveloped by the brightness of the spacious living room, decorated with a modern and welcoming touch, which opens directly onto the outdoor terrace. It is here that you will find one of the greatest charms of this house: the private swimming pool with a panoramic sea view. The outdoor area also invites long outdoor lunches or dinners, thanks to the barbecue and comfortable garden furniture, ideal for socializing and relaxing.


On the main floor, there are two cozy bedrooms, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen, ready to inspire delicious meals during your stay.


Going up to the upper floor, you will discover three spacious bedrooms, all with walk-in closets. Two of them have en-suite bathrooms, ensuring greater convenience and privacy, while the remaining guests can use an elegant bathroom with a shower.


The villa's location could not be more privileged: just a few minutes away, you can explore charming beaches, museums, restaurants specializing in fresh fish and seafood, as well as supermarkets and essential services.
