Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car. The nearest metro station, 24 de Agosto, is just an 11-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.

I throughly enjoyed my stay! The house was situated in a central area but at the same time, the neighborhood was quiet.
The house was well equipped, however I’ve noticed that the floor could’ve been cleaned a bit better, as there were hairs everywhere, but specially in the restroom.
Other than that, I would recommend this place and I would stay here again.

The accommodation was a really good find. It is large and open, kept very clean and in a great, quiet location. We were particularly impressed by the many additional kitchen appliances.
