This beautiful villa is situated in an elevated position on the outskirts of Protaras and offers spectacular sea views.

One of the five bedrooms can be found on this floor with a double bed as well as a separate shower and WC.

Upstairs, the villa has a further 3 bedroom.

The first bedroom has a double bed and patio doors leading to the large balcony with a seating area and stunning sea views.

The other two bedrooms both have twin beds.
