Located in the centre of town, you will be within easy walking distance of everything Sunderland has to offer. There are several restaurants, bars and cafes on your doorstep and the main shopping district is less than 10 minutes walk away. The Stadium of Light is a 20 minute walk, or a short drive/taxi ride. Just 5 mins from the studio you will find Mowbray Park, a lovely spot for a morning stroll and home to the Sunderland Museum & Winter Gardens. Sunderland Train station is less than a 10 minute walk away. Hendon Beach is just a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk away.

The room was very small, hardly an apartment. It was filthy. The floor was disgusting. The shower did not drain. The blinds were broken. The lift was out of order for the duration of our stay.
The smell of cannabis was slightly better than the smell of body odour and dirty clothes which pervaded the corridor to our room.
Have nothing good to say about this property.

Communication from property manager was very poor. I was initially turned away from the address by security guard who didn’t know about my stay. Fob key did not work on main building, I had to be let in every day by security manager. No instructions were left for return of key. Air vent outside the ...
