The ground floor living area is a welcoming space with a cozy sitting area, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with international channels.

The modern, open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, koelkast met vriezer, microwave, and oven.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds.

One of the bedrooms has access to a private balcony. The upstairs bathroom features a bath, shower, and toilet. On the ground floor, you’ll find a separate toilet.

Outdoors, the spacious garden provides a safe area for children to play, while the terrace is perfect for relaxing or enjoying a barbecue with the provided garden set and sun loungers.

*No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or early departures

Deposit

*At check in, a deposit is charged of an amount depending on the type of villa.
*You pay the deposit at the reception, this can be paid by credit card.

The amount is blocked (not debited).
*The block is lifted approx. 2 weeks after departure if no damage is found.
*If paid by bank transfer or cash, the amount will be refunded within approx. 14 days (IBAN required).

Pets

*Well-behaved dogs are welcome in designated villas
*Other villas are pet-free
*Please indicate allergies or if you are bringing a dog when booking

*Any damage must be reported immediately
*Must be on a leash inside the park
*Walking dogs outside the park is required
