Stay in a charming apartment nestled in the peaceful Saint-Simon neighborhood of Toulouse.
Treat yourself to the comfort of a large, bright bedroom (double bed 140x190cm), the elegance of a fully equipped modern kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed for two, and the rare luxury of a verdant garden with a private terrace.
In just 40 minutes by public transport, you can reach the historic heart of the Pink City and its architectural gems, all while enjoying the tranquility of a residential area. Unforgettable discoveries just steps away.
Staying in Saint-Simon means combining residential peace and cultural richness.
A 40-minute journey by public transport will take you to the historic center of the capital of Southwest France, where you'll discover the majestic Place du Capitole, the impressive Saint-Sernin Basilica, and the sun-drenched, pink-hued streets.
You can stroll along the banks of the Garonne, explore the Jacobins Convent, or discover the Toulouse lifestyle at the Victor Hugo Market.
For a change of pace, why not visit the Cité de l'Espace (Space City), a magical place for all ages, or delve into aeronautical history at Aéroscopia in Blagnac? Nature lovers will enjoy a walk in the Japanese garden at Compans-Caffarelli or a trip to the Fronton vineyards, less than 45 minutes away. For a business trip or a holiday for a couple with two children, you can book with complete confidence! The room faces the street, which is a bit busy. WITHOUT A CAR: from Toulouse train station: take metro line A (Marengo stop) - get off at "Basso Cambo" - take bus no. 87 "Frouzins Complexe Sportif" and get off at "Église Saint-Simon" - 2 min walk to reach the gîte (total journey time: 40 min).
