- The pools are open from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The maximum depth of the main pool is 1.80 m, and the children's pool has a depth of 0.30 m. Reserving sun loungers is not allowed.

La casa tenía una piscina fantástica, y Cathaysa fue muy amable y resolutiva. La ubicación de la urbanización en el sur de Tenerife es fantástica ya que está alejada del tumulto. El piso es muy espacioso y con los ventiladores del techo se dormía muy bien. Las camas y almohadas eran muy cómodas.
El baño principal tiene moho en la ducha. La lavadora manchó la ropa, hubo que volver a lavarla. Bastante ruido del restaurante de la PB a las 7:30 de la mañana. Las sartenes se pegaban. Faltan bisagras en las vitrinas de la cocina. La nevera está mal colocada con respecto a la puerta del balcón. Sofá sucio.
