The charming bungalow is located in a quiet architectural estate on the outskirts of Braunschweig, just 9 km from the city center, which you can reach by bus in about 25 minutes. In the low-traffic cul-de-sac, a carport and further parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. You can store your bicycles safely in a lockable shed.


Living Comfort

The bright, spacious living area combines timeless architecture with a high level of comfort. Large windows open onto the garden, which invites you to relax with garden furniture and a shady tree on the terrace. The kitchen and bathroom are about 30 years old but well-maintained and functional; some electrical appliances have been replaced. The bedrooms were modernized in 2021. Lovingly selected details such as books, pictures, and souvenirs on the shelves give the house personality. Most of the cupboards are empty.

Right outside your door begins a leisure paradise: Only 300 meters away you will find an idyllic outdoor pool, and behind it fields and forests for walks, hikes, or bike tours. A lake with small beaches invites you to relax just 2 km away.


Shopping & Infrastructure

A very well-stocked supermarket, bakery, doctors, pharmacy, and kindergarten are within walking distance; larger markets, discounters, and furniture stores are about 5 km away.


Service & Special Features

Fast internet, a noise-protected laundry facility in the basement, and a fully grown-in garden ensure comfortable, quiet, and relaxed living. We live nearby and are easy to reach. In summer, you may occasionally hear gliders – charming details that complete the summery, close-to-nature living experience.
