Villa María is a magnificent neoclassical residence located on the beautiful Mediterranean beachfront of Benicàsim, Spain. Constructed in 1925, this villa is a standout example of the Belle Époque architecture that defines the area, often referred to as the "Valencian Biarritz." Its elegant façade features a central tower with a four-sided pitched roof, ornamental arches, and sculptural details, all set within a lush garden adorned with a pergola with outdoor kitchen and BBQ, heated swimming pool, hot-tub, as well as a sports court for pickleball and basketball.
