This detached bungalow, with approximately 37 m² of living space, is situated secludedly in a small holiday complex and offers you the perfect combination of nature, privacy, and comfort. The fully fenced property with its own terrace, garden furniture, parasol, and grill invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors – ideal for families with children or dogs. The quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle, ensures maximum relaxation, while shops (250 m), a restaurant (1 km), and the train station (400 m) are still easily accessible on foot.

The bungalow can accommodate up to 4 people and features two separate bedrooms, a modern shower room, and a cozy living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, and kitchen utensils – so there's nothing to stop you from cooking together. In the living room, Wi-Fi, TV, radio, and a CD player provide entertainment, while heating and hot water preparation ensure pleasant living comfort in all seasons. Additionally, a vacuum cleaner, drying rack, and a washing machine are available for use.
Family-friendly & close to the beach – with a playground and sauna in the complex
Children can let off steam on the holiday complex's playground with a sandpit, while adults can round off the day in the sauna (shared use) or the hot tub. (The hot tub cannot be used in frost as the water pipes are not frost-proof.) A private parking space on the property ensures a convenient arrival, and your dog is also very welcome. Ein süßer kleiner Bungalow mit allem, was man für einen entspannten kurzen Urlaub braucht. Mit unserem Hund einfach perfekt.

Die Unterkunft das Häuschen war sehr schön. Die Straße da hin etwas holprig und es hätte ausgeschildert sein können. Sonst war es fantastisch und der Ort Bansin sehr schön, sauber und viele Läden hatten auch noch im November auf. Wir werden mit Sicherheit da wieder hinfahren.

Bin jetzt das dritte Mal da gewesen es ist immer wieder toll auch für mein Hund ist es immer wieder toll da er auf der Anlage viel Auslauf hat. Wir haben auch schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht.
