Idyllic tranquility – vacation home with garden on Usedom
Are you looking for a peaceful getaway on Usedom? This detached bungalow with approximately 37 m² of living space is secluded in a small holiday complex and offers you the perfect combination of nature, privacy, and comfort.
The fully fenced property with its own terrace, garden furniture, umbrella, and grill invites you to relax outdoors – ideal for families with children or dogs.
The quiet location away from the hustle and bustle ensures maximum relaxation, while still being within easy walking distance of shops (250 m), a restaurant (1 km), and the train station (400 m). Comfort for small families – with modern amenities The bungalow can accommodate up to 4 people and features two separate bedrooms, a modern shower room, and a cozy living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, and kitchen utensils – so nothing stands in the way of cooking together.
In the living room, Wi-Fi, TV, radio, and a CD player provide entertainment, while heating and hot water ensure comfortable living at any time of year.
Additionally, a vacuum cleaner, drying rack, and washing machine are available for use. Family-friendly & close to the beach – with playground and sauna on the premises Children can let off steam on the holiday complex's playground with a sandpit, while adults can wind down the day in the shared sauna or hot tub. (The hot tub cannot be used in frost as the water pipes are not frost-proof.) A private parking space on the property ensures convenient arrival, and your dog is also warmly welcome.
The beach is only 1.5 km away – ideal for a day trip to the sea.
Whether for active recreation or simply doing nothing: this bungalow offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday on Usedom. Highlight The Kaiserbad Bansin delights with its kilometer-long, fine sandy beach and the charming 285 m long pier – ideal for watching sunrises and sunsets, as well as for excursions with the Adler ships to other Kaiserbäder or Swinemünde.

Die Ruhe, die Aussicht auf dem See und Wald.
Leider konnte man durch das umzäunte Grundstück nicht an den See und Wald.
Längere Strecke mit Hund.
Unterkunftskosten waren im Verhältnis gut.

Alles super. Können uns nicht beklagen. Im Gegenteil, wir verstehen die negativen Bewertungen nicht. Wer eine 5 Sterne Unterkunft will, soll sich win dementsprechendes Hotel nehmen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden wieder kommen.
