This modernly equipped holiday apartment is located just 100 meters from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach and is ideal for families, couples, or friends who want to spend relaxing days on Usedom.
With two cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a covered balcony, it offers space for up to four people on 65 m².
The accommodation is situated in a quiet yet central location, just a few minutes' walk from shops, restaurants, and public transport. The fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster makes cooking on holiday really enjoyable.
The dining area with a large table invites you to enjoy breakfast or dinner together.
In the bright living room, a sofa with a corner section, flat-screen TVs (2 units), radio, and Wi-Fi ensure relaxed hours.
The modern bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer.
For a comfortable stay, mosquito screens, privacy screens, a vacuum cleaner, a drying rack, and a washing machine are also available. The covered balcony is a real highlight – enjoy mild evenings or breakfast outdoors here.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Leider etwas hoch und für gehbehinderte bzw. ältere Leute die nicht mehr so gut zu Fuß sind aufgrund der vielen Treppen ungeeignet.

Lage der Wohnung sehr gut, in nächster Nähe Bäcker, Restaurants,Supermärkte,Meer,Promenade,Geschäfte,parken auf dem Grundstück,ruhig,sauber,wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen, leider kein Lift.
