HOW IS KEY HANDOVER DONE? Welcome and key handover take place on-site from 4 PM, or earlier if your accommodation is ready.


IS END-OF-STAY CLEANING INCLUDED? Yes, end-of-stay cleaning is included in your reservation.

It does not include the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture...), nor the disposal of trash.


!! HOUSEHOLD LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED !! Household linen (sheets and towels) is not included in this reservation: you must bring your own. These services are offered as an option, to be booked directly with the Conciergerie des Aravis.
Household linen rental (sheets and towels): €27.5 per person.

NOTE: The width of the beds is indicated in the accommodation description. The beds are equipped with duvets and square pillows (standard single duvet 140 x 190 cm, standard double duvet 220 x 240 cm).


ARE PETS ALLOWED? No, pets are not allowed.


HOUSE RULES & CONDITIONS

The accommodation is non-smoking and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Departure time is 10 AM at the latest.

The end-of-stay cleaning option does not include: the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture...), the disposal of trash, and fireplace cleaning (glass and ashes).

A security deposit is required for certain bookings. We use the independent online deposit service Swikly. The deposit is secured in the two weeks preceding arrival (not debited/does not affect your credit card limit). It is automatically cancelled 20 days after your departure.
