You can reach the centre of Hupperath from our holiday flat in about 15 - 20 minutes on foot.
The Eifeler Hof is a good place to stop for a bite to eat from 6 p.m. on Thursdays to Sundays.
The Eifel Pilgrims' Cycle Path runs through Hupperath, and you can reach the Eifelsteig via a signposted access path in about 2 km. At the bus stops around the church you have hourly connections to public transport in the direction of Wittlich/ Manderscheid and Daun.
You will find a variety of shopping facilities in the district town of Wittlich, which can be reached by car via the L 34 in about 10 minutes (6 km). The holiday region of Wittlich Stadt & Land between the Maaren and the Moselle offers you, in addition to the Eifelsteig, other beautiful hiking and cycling routes.
For example, you can reach the Manderscheider castles with via ferrata in only 20 minutes by car. On hot summer days, enjoy an extensive swim in one of the neighbouring maars.
The Pulvermaar in Gillenfeld has a bathing area with a sunbathing lawn and kiosk, as well as the possibility to rent pedal boats.
The half-timbered town of Bernkastel on the Moselle is only 30 minutes away, the Roman city of Trier can be visited by car in about 40 minutes or you can take the train from Wittlich main station to Germany's oldest city. Our non-smoking holiday apartment for 2 people is approx. 55 square metres in size and is located on a former farmstead on the outskirts of Hupperath, where livestock is kept.
From the first floor you have a wonderful view of the unique Eifel landscape.
You reach the separate entrance via a metal staircase with 17 steps.
The holiday home is divided into an open living, dining and cooking area, a double bedroom, a storage room and a modern bathroom with shower/WC. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment.
Coffee machine, toaster, kettle and sufficient cutlery and crockery are also available, as well as a basic supply of coffee, pepper, salt, sugar and much more.
In the bedroom there is a bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 metres.
Of course, the beds are made for you upon arrival.
Hand and kitchen towels are also available free of charge in the bathroom and kitchen.
Furthermore, the flat has free wifi access.
On the large lawn next to the house you will find ample seating and sunbathing opportunities to relax and enjoy under fruit, nut and chestnut trees.
On request, we can provide you with a barbecue. The price includes bed linen, towels and tea towels as well as the additional costs for electricity, water and heating. Please note that our municipality charges a guest contribution of € 1.50 per overnight stay and person, which you are kindly requested to pay in cash on site, thank you very much! Please contact us before arrival so that we can arrange the handover of the keys with you. Arrival is possible from 5 pm or earlier by prior arrangement by telephone.
