The Paillanches farm is arranged on 2 levels like this: on the ground floor kitchen (modern, fitted and fully equipped for those who like to cook, central island, computer, immediate access to the terrace), living room (2 steps) which is called "The Chapel" because of its glass passageway and its beautiful ceiling height of almost 5m, shower room, separate toilet.
Upstairs: office area, air-conditioned bedroom (queen size bed 160x200cm), shower room with Italian shower, separate toilet.
Outside just for you: wooded grounds of 5,000m² where you can rest, read, sunbathe, nap, East-facing terrace (table, chairs, bench, hammock, offset parasol, BBQ), parking.
To share with us: swimming pool with rounded and soft corners (open depending on the weather from mid-May to mid-September, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., depth 1.20 m throughout, secured by a gate), garage (you have 2 spaces), laundry room, charging station for hybrid or electric vehicles (extra).
