The 43 m² studio apartment in Greimerath, Eifel, accommodates up to 2 guests.

It features a combined living and sleeping area, a bathroom, and a private, fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker.

Smoking and pets are not allowed, and events are prohibited.

Please note that three dogs live on the property and move around freely.

Two horses are also on the property and stay in a stable directly below the apartment in winter.

Chickens and two geese live in a separate part of the garden. The accommodation is centrally located and quiet with excellent bus connections right outside the door.

The Maare-Mosel cycle path passes nearby—ideal for cyclists.

The Lieserpfad, one of Germany’s most beautiful hiking trails, and the 28-meter-high Klidinger Waterfall are within easy reach.

During your stay, you can enjoy herbs, vegetables, fruit from the garden, homemade jam, and honey.
