Located in one of the most beautiful villages of Empordà, a small medieval town, declared a Cultural Asset of national interest and with a wide range of restaurants and small shops. Ca la Caterina is a charming town house, very bright and spacious. It is the ideal place to spend a few days off with family or friends.
The house consists of ground floor and two more floors. The ground floor is ideal to be cool in summer and to be relaxed. The first floor consists of a living room with large sofas and fireplace, a large kitchen-dining room and a bathroom. On the second floor there are three double bedrooms: one of them with a small terrace, and a bathroom. At the top of the house there is a very quiet terrace with views of the town and surroundings.
Ideal place to rest and enjoy knowing the interesting things that the region offers you: cultural heritage, nature, beaches .... Peratallada is close to the beach or the magnificent coves in the area, close to different golf courses and is an ideal place for walking or cycling, to enjoy the magnificent landscape of the area.
