The 60 m², south-facing T3 can host 4 to 5 guests and is located in the heart of the Clarée Valley, a Natura 2000 site ideal for nature enthusiasts.
The apartment features a large private entrance with ample storage, a living room with a large-screen TV, a sofa bed for 2, a fixed sofa, and free Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, and washing machine.
The toilet is separate.
The first bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe; the second has two single beds and a closet.
Outside, enjoy a terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, plus private parking.

Within 10 km, you can access many outdoor sports and explore the region’s rich heritage, including the UNESCO-listed Vauban fortifications in Briançon.

Ici tout est plus-que-parfait ! Accueil, location, emplacement pour les randonnées, le calme. Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants et réactifs en cas de besoin.
Merci à eux pour ce très joli et confortable gîte où nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances.

Belle location agréable dans une très belle région, propriétaires très à l'écoute et de bon conseil. A recommander sans aucune réserve. les animaux sont aussi admis ce qui est aussi un plus. nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
