Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and a shower room.
Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 40 m² living area with sofas, a TV and a dining area - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2: a double bed - A bathroom with shower and toilet - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: washing machine, ironing board and iron, stone grill… Outside: - Three balconies of approximately 3 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The south-facing aspect means you can enjoy magnificent sunsets over the sea and the cliffs of Ault. The flat is ideally situated in Ault, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… Activities: - Explore the cliffs and coastal paths of Ault on lovely walks. - Discover the unique wildlife and landscapes by visiting the Baie de Somme. - Experience the thrill of sand yachting on Onival beach in Ault. - Stroll through the village of Ault to admire its maritime heritage and panoramic views. Transport: If you choose to come by car, there are several free public car parks available, just a 5-minute walk away.
