THE HOUSE

Casa Russo is a villa, part of a four-family building, on two levels and equipped with every comfort, suitable for up to 8 guests (the property prefers rentals for a maximum of 6 people). The sea, with equipped resorts and free beaches, is about 150 meters away and can be reached via the residence’s private avenue.


The house offers:

- 2 double bedrooms

- 1 bedroom with bunk beds

- 1 single bedroom on the ground floor with a pull-out bed

- 2 bathrooms (one full, one service bathroom without shower)

- Living area with Smart TV

- Dining area

- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher


The first floor has air conditioning.


The outdoor area is for your exclusive use and includes:

- Furnished garden

- Outdoor shower with hot water

- Shaded patio for outdoor dining

- Built-in barbecue

- Laundry area with washing machine, shelves, and sink

- Large garage, ideal for storing bicycles and more, with a second fridge for water and fruit


THE AREA

The villa is located in a residence on a private avenue accessible only to authorized vehicles and pedestrians, with security service during set hours in the summer. You can park your car inside the residence. The Lido is about 6 km from the center of Terracina and also 6 km from San Felice Circeo. Numerous markets and shopping centers nearby make shopping easy.


INCLUDED SERVICES

Initial cleaning, bed linen and towels. One pet is allowed at no extra cost. Cot and high chair available on prior request.


EXTRAS ON REQUEST: bi-weekly cleaning available for an extra fee.
