Our very bright, spacious 3-room vacation apartment is located quietly but centrally in a suburb of Fürth near Nuremberg.
Very well-maintained and with a large south-facing balcony, it offers approximately 70 sqm of space and two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, accommodating up to 4 people.
Additionally, there is a kitchen with a dining area and a bright living room.
A bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as a second guest toilet. Very good access to the attractions (Fun Park, city center), highways, and public transport in the greater area, making it ideal for holidays, business trips, or trade fair visits.
Shops and various restaurants are within walking distance in the neighborhood. At the same time, you can start your walk 200m from the house across the fields, and in 7 minutes you will be in the forest and at Farrnbachgrund. Non-smoking apartment, smoking is permitted on the balcony. Miscellaneous A prepayment of 50% will be charged after booking.
The remaining payment is due on-site in cash or by bank transfer 1 day before arrival. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost.
Cancellations within 7 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Arrival is possible from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Departure is possible until 11:00 AM. Other arrival and departure times are possible by arrangement.
Please contact us in good time if necessary to make arrangements. Key handover is done in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. Energy costs, bed linen, and towels are included in the price.
