The Cocoonr Agency offers you, in Saint-Alban, very close to the sea, this charming house with an area of 126 m² and which can accommodate up to 8 travelers.
It is made up of a pretty living room of 43 m², equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of around 170 m².
Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 43 m² with TV - An equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc. - Two bedrooms with a double bed (140x190) - A bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) - A bedroom with two single beds (90x190) - Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub - Two separate toilets For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior: - A beautiful garden of 170 m² + terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days - A 30 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture for 8 people and barbecue.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Alban, a town close to the sea (5 minutes from the house), in a very pleasant environment.
You will be able to benefit from close proximity to all essential shops but also to shops, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

Nous avons été très bien reçus avec des explications claires , seule surprise la gestion des ordures qui ne devait pas être déposé dans les conteneurs prévues à cette effet
