This family home with a private pool, heated to 28°C from May to the end of September, welcomes you to the heart of Ploudalmézeau.
The house has been entirely renovated while preserving its old-world charm: parquet flooring, moldings, skirting boards...
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious entrance hall with storage, a bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and its private shower room, a bedroom with two 90x200cm single beds, a laundry room with access to the terrace and pool, and a toilet.
The living areas are located upstairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has a small terrace with a view and access to the pool.
The dining area offers a pleasant space for your meals, and the separate living room allows those who wish to relax in peace.

Agréable séjour passé à Ar Melegan, la location est au top, tout est pensé comme à la maison, on ne manque de rien, location très cosy, propre, l'extérieur est super bien agencé, avec la piscine, cerise sur le gâteau:)- encore merci à Christelle et Cyrille pour leur accueil, bonne continuation à vous, nous reviendrons, c'est certain .
