Family unit located on the upper floor of the owners' house, furnished as follows:

- Talinière Room (17m²) with a 140x190cm bed and a 90x190cm bed
- Lilas Nature & Verte Nature Rooms (9m²) each with a 140x190cm bed
- Bathroom with shower and toilet
Each room has storage space, a desk, a television, and Wi-Fi access.

In the morning, a family breakfast will be served in the kitchen, on the veranda, or on the terrace (weather permitting) between 7:30 and 10:00 a.m. It includes coffee, tea, hot chocolate, herbal tea, milk, bread, butter, jams, homemade pastries, oatmeal, and fresh eggs from the property's hens.

Shared kitchen available for preparing or eating meals, and for storing food.
Outdoor parking in front of the house, with the possibility of storing motorcycles in the secure basement.
Pets on the property: dogs, cats, chickens, and roosters.
Access to the washing machine upon request (€3 supplement). Martine and Philippe and their two dogs will be delighted to welcome you to their home in Saint-Barthélémy, in the heart of the Blavet Green Valley. The house is peacefully located, overlooking the fields, yet just 7 minutes from all amenities and the main road for exploring.
While the entrance is shared, the upper floor has been transformed into a family unit entirely dedicated to your stays, ideal for families and small groups.
At any time of the day, you can enjoy the large, wooded, fenced garden, have a drink on the terrace or in the veranda, or use the kitchen for your meals.
The Blavet, Brittany's longest coastal river, is just a stone's throw from the house. You can enjoy many activities: fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, electric boating, or enjoy walking or cycling along its 60 km towpath. Nature lovers will appreciate its locks and the richness of its flora and fauna.
