This beautiful and tranquil rural setting, surrounded by stunning mountains, offers three double bedrooms and one shower room with a WC and sink.
The villa features an open-plan lounge, dining room, and kitchen.
French doors from the lounge open to a garden room, which can also be used as a bedroom.
The recently modernized, single-level villa is air-conditioned throughout.
Outdoors
There is an outdoor room with a sink and WC, mainly used when enjoying the pool area. There are plans to convert this space into a shower room in the near future.
The property boasts four areas for dining, relaxing, or entertaining, including two barbecue areas.
The outdoor kitchen area is equipped with a fridge, sink, and barbecue.
The beautiful gardens are home to avocado, fig, orange, and apple trees, as well as an abundance of hanging grapes.
The large pool provides breathtaking mountain views from all around the property.
There is also a jacuzzi; the heater works, but the jets are not operational.

Casa Eden is located about an hour from Malaga airport, with a scenic drive that includes 30 minutes on the motorway and 30 minutes through picturesque villages.
The nearest white village, Alcaucin, is a lovely 45-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away, featuring several bars and restaurants, small supermarkets, a bank, a chemist, a small hotel, and a playground.
The village of Puente don Manuel is a 10-minute drive away.

Good to know
- Friendly cats are sometimes seen around the property and in the surrounding area. Some may come to say hello, while others are more timid and prefer to keep their distance. Guests are welcome to enjoy their company and are kindly asked to make sure they do not enter the house.

Mooie grote zwembad met veel groen rondom.
Om te beginnen leek de filter van de zwembad het precies niet zo goed te doen.
Binnen in het huis waren de deurlijsten letterlijk verrot. Een eetstoel viel letterlijk uiteen. Veel onnodige meubels. In de tuin had je meerdere straatkatten die op de tuinmeubels en de ligzetels enorm veel haar verloren. Tegelijk leken ze vlooien te hebben.
