Very well-maintained and featuring a large south-facing balcony, this apartment offers approximately 70 sqm and two bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, accommodating up to 4 people.
Additionally, there is a kitchen with a dining area and a bright living room.
The bathroom includes a shower and bathtub, as well as a second guest toilet. Excellent connections to local attractions (Fun Park, city center), motorways, and public transport in the greater area (200m to the bus stop, or by train – approx. 10 minutes to Fürth Main Station, 15 minutes to Nuremberg Main Station), making it ideal for holidays, business trips, or trade fair visits (approx. 25 minutes by car to the exhibition center). Shops and various restaurants are within walking distance in the neighborhood. At the same time, you can start your walk 200m from the house across the fields and reach the forest and the Farrnbachgrund in 7 minutes. Non-smoking apartment, smoking is permitted on the balcony. A prepayment of 50% is due upon booking.
The remaining balance is payable locally in cash or by bank transfer 1 day before arrival. Cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost.
Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Arrival is possible between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Departure is possible until 11:00 AM. Alternative arrival and departure times are possible upon consultation.
Please contact us in advance to arrange this. Key handover is done personally on-site. Pets are not allowed. Energy costs, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Check-in is from 3:00 PM. We will either greet you personally or arrange for the key to be left for you by appointment.
