Welcome to this house for 6 people with an exceptional sea view, with the island of Batz on the horizon.
Inside, you'll find a living room with a corner fireplace and an open-plan kitchen leading to the dining area, which opens onto a large 100m² wooden terrace where you can watch the comings and goings of boats offshore.
You will also find a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) with a private shower room and toilet, a children's bedroom for 4 people with bunk beds (90x200), a laundry room, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will have 2 bedrooms with sea views, each with a double bed (160x200), a shower room, and a toilet.
You will also find a games area with a TV and a foosball table.
Outside, you will enjoy the 6-person hot tub and the swim spa (heated from Easter to All Saints' Day), both integrated into the terrace.
You will have garden furniture, a relaxation lounge, and a second terrace with a pergola and barbecue on the east side.

La villa Port Blanc dispose d’une vue splendide sur la baie qui invite à la contemplation. Elle est idéalement située pour profiter du GR34. Elle est également parfaitement équipée, les propriétaires très accueillants ont pensé à tout. Seul bémol, un séjour trop court… il faudra revenir.
