L'Atelier du Parc Achelais is a gîte attached to the end of the owners' thatched-roof farmhouse, located 3 km from Guérande city center and 6 km from the sea and La Baule. The spacious, private, southwest-facing terrace opens onto nature, with no overlooked views (large, unfenced area).

Parking is available on the property. A serene atmosphere characterizes this gîte, decorated with paintings by the owner and her painter friends. On one level: bright living/dining room (with a 140x190 sofa bed) with a separate fitted kitchen, one spacious bedroom (160x200 bed), shower room, and separate toilet.
